Acceptable Usage Policy

This Acceptable Usage Policy covers the security and use of all Propertybook’s information. It also includes the use of property location, property uploads, images uploaded and parameters for agents and private listers. This policy applies to all Propertybook’s agents and private listers (hereafter referred to as ‘individuals’).

This policy applies to all information, in whatever form, relating to Propertybook’s business activities, and to all information handled by Propertybook relating to other organisations with whom it deals. It also covers all information and communications facilities operated by Propertybook or on its behalf. Access to the Propertybook cloud is controlled by the use of user profiles and passwords. All User profiles and passwords are to be uniquely assigned to named individuals and consequently, individuals are accountable for all actions on the Propertybook cloud. Administrators must ensure that agents are given clear direction on the extent and limits of their authority with regard to booking services.

Agents and Private Listers must not:

• Allow anyone else to use their profile and password on any Propertybook cloud.
• Leave their user accounts logged in at an unattended and unlocked computer.
• Leave their password unprotected (for example writing it down).
• Deliberately load a property and assign a wrong area in order to get leads.
• Deliberately upload and delete and re upload the same property multiple times in order to get a fresh listing.
  • If the upload function is repeatedly abused, the system will assign a date 30 days before the upload date.
• Manipulate the system beyond the band signed up for as they risk being held accountable and cut off from the platform.

As the submitter of this photo, it is your responsibility to ensure that all photos you upload do not have the following;

• Phone number & email address
• Any form of water mark
• No collages
• No cars or persons in the image of the property

   • 5.3 You are not permitted to use, modify, copy, reproduce, hyperlink, frame, up-load to a third party, post, transmit, on-sell or distribute any Content except as is expressly permitted by these terms and conditions, or unless Propertybook Pvt Ltd consents in writing.

6. Your rights to use the Propertybook Pvt Ltd Sites

   • 6.1 So long as you comply with these terms and conditions, you may:
     • 6.1.1 download, view and/or print any of the Content for your personal use; or
     • 6.1.2 if you are an Internet service provider or Internet access provider, supply the Content to your subscribers; or
     • 6.1.3 if you are a Propertybook Pvt Ltd member, interact with the Propertybook Pvt Ltd Sites for the purpose of your business activities, provided such interaction is consistent with both these terms and conditions and any relevant policies or agreements between you and Propertybook Pvt Ltd.

7. Linked Sites

   • 7.1 Some of the sites listed as links to this site ("links") are not under the control of Propertybook Pvt Ltd (for example, the web sites of our independently owned and operated members). Propertybook Pvt Ltd makes no representations whatsoever concerning the content of those sites. Propertybook Pvt Ltd assumes no responsibility for the condition or content of third party sites that may be linked to or accessed from Propertybook Pvt Ltd Sites.
   • 7.2 Links are provided for your convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained.
   • 7.3 The fact that we have provided a link should not be construed as an endorsement, approval, recommendation or preference by Propertybook Pvt Ltd of the owners or operators of the linked sites or of any information, products or services referred to on those sites, unless we expressly state that this is the case.

8. Specific Obligations for Propertybook Pvt Ltd Members

   • 8.1 The Propertybook Pvt Ltd Sites may from time to time contain facilities which enable you to submit content for posting to the site ("Listing Facilities").
   • 8.2 When using the Listing Facilities you must:
     • 8.2.1 ensure the content you submit is not unlawful or for an improper purpose and is not misleading or deceptive, defamatory, in breach of any copyright, trade mark or obligation of confidentiality, and not contrary to privacy legislation or any other applicable law; and
     • 8.2.2 not submit or transmit anything containing a virus or other harmful component.
   • 8.3 You acknowledge that:
     • 8.3.1 you must take your own precautions to ensure the process you use to access the Propertybook Pvt Ltd Sites does not expose you to risk of viruses or other forms of interference which may damage your data or computer systems;
     • 8.3.2 you are responsible for the contents of any web site that we permit you to link to the site;
     • 8.3.3 by submitting content to any of the Propertybook Pvt Ltd Sites, you freely grant Propertybook Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce and adapt that content to the extent necessary to operate and promote the Propertybook Pvt Ltd Sites;

9. Booked Services cancellation

   • To cancel a booked email, seven days notice is required. Failure to provide notice within this period will result in a charge for the service.

10. Video Release Fee

    • In the event that the client requests a video created by Propertybook, a video release fee of $250 shall be charged.

11. Timely Response to Leads

    • We encourage all agents to respond to new leads quickly to provide the best possible user experience. Our platform is designed to facilitate prompt outreach, as studies have shown that faster response time leads to higher lead conversion rates.
    • In cases where a lead has gone unresponded to for an extended period, our team may reach out to the assigned agent to ensure the lead is properly followed up on. This is done to uphold our commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for agents and their prospective clients.
