Overview
The company was launched on the 1st June 2009 as Shimansky Enterprises t/a Kennan Properties Kensington Branch. After 7 years of metamorphic transformation we decided to venture on a new growth path and on the 1st of May 2017 Shimansky Enterprises t/a Smartlist Real Estate was born. Muzakir Sumar began his career on the 1st December 2003, and a short while later he was recruited by Dawn Properties Ltd on the 1st January 2005. It is during this time that Dawn Properties Ltd, a Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listed property entity acquired CB Richard Ellis Zimbabwe as part of their expansion drive. He later joined Kennan Properties as a Property Negotiator on the 1st January 2008. Coupled with a spring in his step and good values Muzakir earned 3rd place as Sales person of the year within the group and was promoted to Partner the following year. Muzakir worked as the Managing Director of the Kensington Branch having secured many top 10 group sales awards over the years. Under the guidance and mentorship of Patrick Kennan the partnership prospered. As they say all good things come to those who wait. Having spent 7 years at the helm of the branch Shimansky Enterprises has grown into a separate entity and now trades under the Smartlist banner. Muzakir is a registered agent and was an elected board member of the Estate Agents Council. Our offices are located at No . 15 Bates Street Milton Park, Harare, Zimbabwe.
