Sunway City Pvt Ltd is a Property Development Company that is currently developing one ofZimbabwe’s first licensed Special Economic Zone (SEZs) and it is in Harare. It consists of Institutional, Recreational, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Stands.
Sunway City is 1 559 hectares in extent, 22% of the land was developed and the remaining 78% (1 216 ha) is earmarked for the SEZ development.
